Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ConvertFlow ("the service"), a browser-based file conversion tool. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ConvertFlow converts files locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Free usage covers all supported conversions with reasonable file-size limits. Pro (one-time purchase) raises the size limits for large files, including audio and video.
2. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose, including converting files you do not have the right to access or that are protected in ways making conversion illegal; (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits or automate bulk access; (c) interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
3. Purchases
Pro is a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider, Creem. Your Pro status is stored locally in your browser. If you change browsers or devices, contact support with your order details and we will restore access. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service fails to perform its core function (file conversion) and we cannot resolve the issue — contact [email protected].
4. Conversion accuracy
Conversion is performed by third-party open-source codecs running in your browser. We do not guarantee that any converted output is correct, complete, or fit for your purpose. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD 10 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PURCHASE). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.
7. Intellectual property
The service's code and design are owned by the operator. Open-source codec libraries remain under their respective licenses. You retain all rights to the files you convert and the outputs you download.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections 4–6 survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the homepage with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
